Luis Rosales

Chief Executive Officer

Luis Rosales has over 20 years experience in the construction and multifamily renovation fields. Luis began his career in the construction industry in 1998 as a laborer renovating residential single-family homes and condos in South Florida. Since that time, Luis has served in numerous positions in the construction field including Project Manager, Director Of Operations and Vice President of Operations. In the past 10 years he has overseen over $20 million dollars of interior and exterior renovation contracts in the Southeast United States. Luis has directly overseen Multifamily Rehab and Student Housing Renovations in Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Tallahassee), Georgia (Savannah, Statesboro, Atlanta, Macon, Athens), Mississippi (Jackson), Alabama ( Auburn, Tuscaloosa) ,Tennessee (Chattanooga), and North Carolina (Charlotte, Raleigh).
